Andreas Koutsoudakis received his B.B.A. from Pace University in 2005 and his M.B.A. and J.D. degrees from St. Thomas University School of Business and St. Thomas University School of Law in 2008, magna cum laude. He graduated at the top of his class and earned Best Student Awards in Civil Procedure, Contracts, Legal Research & Writing, and Appellate Advocacy.

During law school, Mr. Koutsoudakis served as a Staff Member of the Law Review, Competition Chairperson for the 2008 Susan J. Ferrell International Moot Court Competition, and Vice President of the Business Law Society. He also served as a Research Assistant and an Active Learning Instructor for first-year Torts courses. His prior positions included a judicial internship with the Honorable Judge Adalberto Jordan of the United State District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the Real Estate and Contracts Division of the Law Department for the New York City Housing Authority. More recently, he worked at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
